Payment Terms

We require 50% partial upfront payment for first projects from new publishing clients. Full payment is due upon final approval of the cover or interior design.
Net-30 days payment terms are accepted from clients with multiple projects on a monthly basis.

Payment methods

  • US-based clients: ACH Transfers into our NY-based USD account.

  • Uk-based clients: Faster Payments System (FPS), Bacs or CHAPS into our London-based account.

  • EU-based clients: SEPA Transfers into our IBAN EUR account.

  • Australia-based clients: Local transfers into our BSB code account.

  • New Zealand-based clients: transfers into our NZD account.

  • Singapore-based clients: Local transfers into our DBS bank account.

  • Other countries: International Wire Transfers into our USD account.
